Tim Ritchey

Husband, father of 3, grandfather of 2 (soon to be 4). I grew up in suburban Chicago and currently live in Evanston with my beautiful wife. We attend a local church in Skokie. I was a residential framing carpenter for 10 years and then have been a residential, commercial, industrial electrician for the last 18. Throughout the years I have bought and sold numerous personal and income properties and managed my own rentals. One of the most satisfying things to me is to be able to help someone navigate the complexity of making one of the most important decisions of their lifetime.
