Emily Spagnola

Real estate is more than buying and selling a home, it’s about people, trust, and big life moments. That’s what drew me to this work and what keeps me grounded in it every day.

Before real estate, I was a middle school special education teacher, a role that shaped how I show up for my clients today. Teaching taught me patience, clear communication, advocacy, and how to truly listen. Making the decision to leave the classroom wasn’t easy, but my family became my greatest priority. Real estate allows me to create a flexible life with them while still doing what I love most: helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions they’ll ever make.

I work with all types of clients,  first-time buyers, growing families, sellers, relocations, and investors, at any price point. No matter who I’m helping, my approach stays the same: education, honesty, calm guidance, and zero pressure. I believe clients deserve to feel confident and supported, not rushed or overwhelmed. From breaking down the process step-by-step to connecting you with trusted contractors and walking you through renovation potential, I’m here to make things feel manageable and clear.

Clients often describe working with me as helpful, kind, uplifting, and “on the ball.” I pride myself on building real relationships, the kind where clients feel comfortable asking questions, changing their minds, and being honest about what they truly want. Trust, transparency, advocacy, and genuine connection guide everything I do.

Outside of real estate, I’m a wife and mom who loves staying active, working out, and unwinding with a good action or thriller movie. I value family time, meaningful conversations, and helping people see the potential, not just in homes, but in what those homes can offer their lives.

If you’re here simply to get to know me, I’m so glad you found your way here. And if real estate ever becomes part of your story, I’d be honored to walk alongside you when the time is right.
