Daniel was my agent for selling my house and I was very happy with his service. He gave clear, well-thought market analysis whereas other realtors I talked to just used boilerplate analysis. He saved me a lot of time with advice on which items I should fix and which items were not worth the time to improve. Through the process he demonstrated that he was really on my side, not just trying to get a quick sale; he could have pushed for a low listing or frequent price drops but instead he was always trying to get me the most possible from my house. He was able to sell my house in a very tough market, so I am pleased with Daniel's abilities and would definitely recommend him.
