*1-3 Bedrooms.  This is a great building to start off in for River North. Here you will find one of the lowest priced units in the area.  Nice atmosphere and a roofdeck. However some units are on the "el"  

*1-3 bedrooms. Concrete loft and one of the first loft conversions in the area. As a great courtyard and nice modern lobby.  

*1-3 bedooms. Neat fact, this building was actually sold to a grocery store manager to store goods in 1975 for $1 million. Great timber loft building with a concrete tower that was added during condo development.

*1-3 bedrooms. Watch out for the south side of this building. There are balconies but it faces the entrace ramp to the highway.  

*1-2 bedrooms. Currently this land is a parking lot behind 300 W. Grand to be completed in 2008. Good prices for pre-construction.  

*0-2 Bedrooms. Brand new constuction.  

*1-3 bedrooms. This is one of my favorite condos in the area due to the huge balconies most units get.  

*0-3 bedrooms.  This building was converted to condos a little while ago.  Great ammenities like a tennis court but the prices here are very high compared to the rest of the area.  

*These townhomes are all around the River North area and actually there are single family homes going up to on a street dubbed "Billionaire's Row" these start around $3 million.  I know these are priced too high for most first time buyers but these townhomes take up lots of Real Estate in the area.
